Software for landscapers, for the six weeks when everyone calls

Spring cleanup, mowing sign-ups and new beds all land in the same few weeks, while every crew member is on a mower and cannot hear a phone. Halo answers in your company's name and books the estimate. After the job, a review request goes out without anyone remembering to send it.

The problem

Busy is when you lose the most calls

Landscaping demand is seasonal and sharp. In spring the phone rings with cleanups, mowing sign-ups and design work at the same time crews are working dawn to dusk, and the owner who used to answer between jobs is now on a machine all day.

The other half of the season is reputation. Most homeowners pick a landscaper from a map listing, and the companies with recent reviews get the call. The review request is the easiest thing to forget.

Where it costs you

The moments that lose the work

The spring flood. Cleanups, first mows and new installs all asked for in the same weeks. A caller who reaches voicemail calls the next listing.
The noisy job site. Nobody hears a phone over a mower or a skid steer. That is not a staffing problem you can fix by trying harder.
Mowing sign-ups. Recurring work is the backbone of the season, and it starts with a call about lot size, frequency and start date.
The review you never asked for. A happy customer who is not asked rarely writes one. Asking at the right moment, with a link, is most of the work.

Questions people ask

Who do the review requests come from?

Your company, with your Google review link, in wording you approve. One reminder, then it stops.

Can it take mowing sign-ups?

It takes the details, address, lot size, frequency and start date, and books an estimate or passes them to you, depending on how you sell mowing.

Will it quote a job?

Only prices you approve. If you publish a mowing price by lot size, it can state it. Design and install work it books for a visit.

Do you offer snow removal setups?

If you plow in winter, Halo can take those calls too with their own questions. Tell us on the first call.

Does it book into my calendar?

Yes, into Google, Outlook or Apple, only into times that are genuinely free.

Spring coming? Have the phone answered before it starts.

Call Jack, a person, on (248) 387-9610, or send a note. You will hear what the setup takes and what it costs.
