Email and Anti-Spam Policy

Bold Reach (a service of Velocity Flippers LLC, Keego Harbor, Michigan) operates the domains boldreachdata.com, boldreachleads.com, boldreachpro.com and getboldreach.com. This policy covers every one of them.

No unsolicited advertising of our web sites

Bold Reach does not advertise boldreachdata.com, boldreachleads.com, boldreachpro.com or getboldreach.com by unsolicited bulk email, and does not allow anyone else to. This applies to our staff, contractors, affiliates, partners, list vendors and any third party. We do not run an affiliate program and we do not pay anyone to send mail on our behalf. Any message that promotes a Bold Reach web site and was not sent by us is unauthorized.

boldreachleads.com

boldreachleads.com hosts no content. Its only function is a permanent redirect to boldreachdata.com. It is never used as a link in any email we send.

How we do contact businesses

Bold Reach sells web sites and AI phone agents to local businesses. When we introduce ourselves to a business by email, each message:

• is sent by a named person at Bold Reach from a Bold Reach address, with accurate headers and an honest subject line
• is addressed to a business, never to consumers or to purchased consumer lists
• includes our physical mailing address and a plain way to opt out
• is followed by no further mail once someone opts out, which we honor within ten business days and usually the same day

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and with the anti-spam policies of our email provider, Google Workspace.

Reporting abuse

If you received a message that promotes a Bold Reach web site and you believe it violates this policy, forward it with full headers to hello@boldreachdata.com. We investigate every report and reply within two business days.
