Small tools. Outsized returns.
None of these are a project on their own. They bolt onto a site or a phone agent once you know what is actually costing you time, and they are the part that tends to pay for the rest.
Pick the one that is costing you the most
Job calculator
Publish the price. The same answer on your website and through your phone agent, and no more days lost to quote phone tag.
Your own AI
An agent that answers out of your price lists, manuals and past jobs, and says so when it does not know. Every answer names its source.
Email automation
Everyone who ever paid you is sitting in your invoicing software. The cheapest sale available to you is writing to them.
Publish the price. Stop playing phone tag.
Most trades price the same job the same way every time, then spend three days telling people that on the phone. If the rules are written down, they can go on the page and answer for you at midnight.
- Built from your rate sheet, spreadsheet, or the rules in your head
- The same answer on your website and through the phone agent
- Change a price once and every page follows
- Takes a card deposit if you want one
Do you do the reflective vinyl for trailers, and is it rated for outdoors?
It answers out of your paperwork, not out of thin air.
Give it your price lists, manuals, warranties and past jobs. It reads them once and then answers from your material word for word, on the phone and in your portal. When it does not know, it says so and takes a message instead of guessing.
- Upload the documents; nothing gets retyped
- The phone agent answers from your own material
- Every answer names the document it came from
- Replace a document any time and it updates
You already have the list. You have never written to it.
Everyone who paid you in the last three years is sitting in your invoicing software. They know you and they trust you, and almost nobody in the trades ever emails them. It is the cheapest sale available to you.
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC done properly, so it lands in the inbox
- Your list pulled out of QuickBooks, Square or the job sheets
- We write them, you approve them before anything sends
- Under 100 addresses and we will tell you it is not worth it yet

Questions people ask
Do I need a website or an agent first?
Usually yes. These bolt onto something that already exists rather than standing on their own. If you have neither yet, start there and add these once you can see which one you actually need.
My pricing has exceptions. Does that break the calculator?
No, but it decides where the calculator stops. We publish the part that follows rules and hand the rest to a human on purpose. A calculator that guesses at the hard jobs is worse than no calculator.
What if the AI gets an answer wrong?
It answers from your documents and names the one it used, so a wrong answer traces back to a wrong document you can fix. Where it has nothing to go on, it says a person will confirm rather than inventing something.
Is emailing past customers legal?
Emailing people you have an existing business relationship with is normal and lawful, provided every message says who it is from and lets them stop hearing from you in one click. Both are built in.
Can I take just one of these?
Yes. Most people start with one. They are priced separately and stop separately.
"None of these are the reason you hire us. They are the reason the thing you did hire us for keeps paying."
