By accessing this website or subscribing to Bold Reach, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Bold Reach sets up and operates an AI receptionist that answers calls on your behalf, handles common questions, and forwards captured leads to you. We build the receptionist around the services, hours, and information you provide.

Billing and Subscription

• The service is billed at $300 per month, plus a one-time $500 setup fee, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future monthly charges. Fees already paid for the current period and the one-time setup fee are non-refundable unless required by law.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your business and to ensure you have the right to forward calls to our service. You are responsible for complying with any laws that apply to your business's calls, including call-recording and consumer-consent rules in your jurisdiction.

SMS Messaging

Description: We send SMS messages related to your account, setup, and the leads captured by your receptionist.

Message frequency: Frequency varies based on call and lead volume.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

Service Availability

We work to keep the service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The receptionist is an automated system and may not handle every call perfectly.

Limitation of Liability

Bold Reach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed or mishandled calls. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the month the claim arose.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
