Bold Reach is a small AI agency. We look for the part of a business that is quietly eating its week, build the smallest thing that fixes it, and keep it running. Halo, our phone agent, is one of those things. She is not the point. The hours are.

Almost everything we build is delivered remotely, so where you are does not change much: a phone agent is set up over one call, a site over a couple of them. If you are near us we would still rather come and stand in the shop, because it is hard to build for a place you have never seen.
