Google review requests for landscapers

Mark a job done and the customer gets a short message with your Google review link. If they have not left a review three days later, they get one reminder. Then it stops. Every customer gets the same ask.

The problem

Happy customers rarely leave a review unless someone asks

The patio is in, the beds are edged, and the customer walks the yard and says it looks great. That is the moment to ask for a review, and it is also the moment the crew is loading the trailer for the next stop.

So the ask happens when someone remembers, which is not often. Google says review count and score factor into local search ranking, so the jobs that end without an ask are reviews you never get back.

What the tool does

How it works, step by step

01
When the crew finishes

Mark the job done

One tap. The job moves from scheduled to finished.

02
Same day

The request goes out

A short message under your company name thanking them for the job, with your Google review link. You write the wording once.

03
Three days later

One reminder, only if needed

If no review has come in, one reminder goes out. If they already left one, the reminder is skipped.

04
Then it stops

No more messages

One request and one reminder, and that customer hears nothing more. The page shows jobs finished, reviews left and your review rate, and every review sits next to its job whatever the rating.

Try the demo

Click through it yourself

The demo runs a made-up company, Green Hollow Landscaping. Mark a scheduled job done, send a reminder, simulate a review coming in, and edit the two messages to see every job pick them up.

Sample data. Every name, job and number in the demo is made up. Nothing is saved and nothing is sent.

Who it is for

Built for one trade, on purpose

Landscaping and lawn care companies with a Google listing. Any business that finishes jobs at a customer's property.
Owners who are on site when the job ends. The handshake is the right moment, and this makes sure the ask follows it.
Not for: anyone who wants to screen out unhappy customers first. It does not do that, on purpose.
What it costs. Tools on our pricing page start at $50 a month plus $150 to $250 to set up, depending on the tool. The exact price for this one is set on a short call, before anything is built.

Questions people ask

Does it filter out unhappy customers?

No. Every finished job gets the same request. Asking only the customers you expect to be happy is against Google's review policy, and so is offering a discount or gift for a review. The tool does neither.

How many messages does a customer get?

Two at most: the request when the job is marked done, and one reminder three days later if they have not left a review. Then nothing.

Text or email?

The demo sends a text. Texting customers needs their consent and costs money per message. Email works too. We set it up to match how you already reach customers.

What do I need to get started?

Your Google review link, the way your crew marks a job finished today, and the wording you want for the two messages.

Is this a finished product?

It is a working demo with sample data. A real setup is built around your company: your name, your wording and your jobs. It is scoped and priced before we start.
