Pesticide application records for pest control companies
Techs fill in a short form on their phone before leaving the property. Every record is saved with the product, EPA registration number, amount, areas treated, target pest, date, time and applicator, and you can pull them up by customer and date.
The record is required. The paperwork is the part that slips.
Pest control companies have to keep a record of pesticide applications: what was used, how much, where, when and by whom. The exact rules vary by state. On paper, the sheet gets filled in at the end of the day from memory, and finding last spring's records for one address means a box in the office.
When an inspector, a customer or a property manager asks for the record, you want it in front of you, not after an afternoon in the filing cabinet.
How it works, step by step
The tech fills in the form
Customer, date and time, applicator, product, amount and unit, areas treated, target pest and notes. Mostly picked from lists, on a phone.
EPA number and license
Choosing a product attaches its EPA registration number. Choosing the applicator attaches their license number. Nobody copies them by hand.
Search by customer and date
Filter saved records by customer name or address, date range and applicator. Tap a record for the full detail.
Export to CSV
Export the filtered records as a spreadsheet file for an inspector, a customer or your own files.
Click through it yourself
The demo runs a made-up company, Brightside Pest Control, with sample products and sample EPA and license numbers. Save a new record on the form, then search the saved records by customer, date or applicator and export them.
Sample data. Every name, job and number in the demo is made up. Nothing is saved and nothing is sent.

Questions people ask
Does it cover what my state requires?
Record rules vary by state. We set up the form with the fields your state lists, and you confirm them before it goes live. Your state's pesticide regulatory agency, often the department of agriculture, has the official list.
Do techs need to install an app?
No. The demo runs in a phone's web browser, and a real setup works the same way.
Can I get records out for an inspector?
Yes. Filter by customer, date range or applicator and export the result as a CSV file, which opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
What stops a tech from skipping fields?
The form will not save without the date, the amount and at least one area treated. The product and applicator come from lists, so their EPA and license numbers are always filled in.
Is this a finished product?
It is a working demo with sample data. A real setup is built around your company: your name, your wording and your jobs. It is scoped and priced before we start.
