Rain-day rescheduling for pressure washing companies
When weather cancels a day, one tap sends every customer booked that day a message from your company with the next open slots. They pick one, and the job moves on your calendar by itself.
A rained-out day costs a morning on the phone before it costs a dollar
Pressure washing runs on the weather. When the forecast turns, somebody has to call or message every customer booked that day, explain, offer new times, wait for answers, and move each job by hand. The customers who do not answer the first time get chased again tomorrow, and two people end up offered the same Thursday slot.
That work lands on the owner, usually at six in the morning, usually during the busy season, and it repeats every rain day. Meanwhile the jobs that should have moved into the open slots later in the week sit in limbo, and the schedule after a wet week is a mess of half-confirmed bookings.
How it works, step by step
Rain out the day
When you decide a day is off, tap it. You still make the weather call; the tool does everything after that.
Every customer gets new times
Each customer booked that day gets a short message from your company, in your wording, with the next open slots on your calendar.
First come, first served
The customer taps the time that suits them and that slot is theirs. If someone else takes a time first, it drops off everyone else's list, and anyone left with no times gets fresh ones.
The calendar updates itself
The job moves to the new slot on your calendar. You see who has picked, who is still deciding, and what the week looks like now.
Click through it yourself
The demo runs a made-up company, Clean Slate Pressure Washing, with six working days of sample bookings. Tap "Rain out this day" on any day and the messages to its customers appear. Then tap a time as if you were the customer and watch the job move on the calendar. Rain out a second day and see how the open slots are shared out. The forecast labels are sample text.
Sample data. Every name, job and number in the demo is made up. Nothing is saved and nothing is sent.

Questions people ask
Does it check the weather for me?
No. You decide when a day is rained out, because you know your surfaces, your chemicals and your customers better than a forecast does. Once you tap the day, the messages and the rebooking happen on their own.
Does it work with the calendar I already use?
It is set up to work with the calendar or booking system you use now. We confirm which on the first call, before anything is built.
Text or email?
Either. Email is the simple version. Texts need the customer's consent and cost money per message, which we go over before setting it up.
What if two customers want the same slot?
The first one to pick it gets it. That time then disappears from everyone else's options, and a customer whose times have all been taken is sent the next open ones.
Is this a finished product?
It is a working demo with sample data. A real setup is built around your company: your name, your wording and your jobs. It is scoped and priced before we start.
