How much does rain cost a pressure washing business?
Every rain day pushes a full day of jobs. Most move to another day, some never come back. Type in your own numbers and see what that costs you in a season.

Jobs per day, times rain days per month, times months in your season, is the number of jobs rained out in a season. The share you typed for jobs that never rebook turns that into the jobs you lost for good. Those lost jobs times your average job value is the revenue the rain cost you.
It uses only your numbers. It does not guess your local weather, and it leaves out the jobs that did move to another day, even though moving them took time.
Questions people ask
How do I count rain days?
Count the days you called off work for weather last season, not the days it rained. A morning shower you worked through is not a rain day here.
Why do some rained-out jobs never rebook?
The customer books someone else, decides the job can wait until next year, or never hears back about a new time. If you have not tracked it, look at last season's cancelled days and count who never got back on the calendar.
Does this count the time spent rescheduling?
No. It counts only the jobs that never come back. The hours spent calling and messaging customers to move the rest are on top of this number.
Rebook rained-out customers in one tap
The rain-day rescheduling tool: one tap rains out the day, every customer booked that day gets a message from your company with the next open slots, and they pick a new time. The calendar updates when they pick. From $50 a month plus $150 to $250 to set up.
